The APME (Asia Pacific & Middle East) Executive Regional Market Director Rail is a key sales leadership position in the Leading Government / Military Company business. This role will see the successful person lead the development, maintenance and advancement of client relationships through sales strategies and client contacts resulting in new projects and added value for our clients. You will consistently advocate and adhere to sales process and procurement integrity guidelines, providing overall Growth and Sales management for the APME business within the Rail market.
About you
The successful candidate will be expected to further develop the Rail respective market strategy as well as foster and influence the thinking and behaviours that builds a diverse and inclusive operation leading to innovative solutions for clients.
The position will be responsible for
Building the rail business, creating sales opportunities, advancement of current client relationships, combined with extensive experience in leading and managing teams. Successful win capture rate with ability to meet and exceed GM sales targets
Implementing regional business development strategies which will translate into the winning of large programs of work, whilst leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering innovative solutions to new or existing clients
Managing and influencing in a matrix organisation across different locations, cultures, functions and business lines with the ability to build high performance within sales teams, establishing collaborative and connected relationships
Driving improvement in client satisfaction and delivery of projects
Maximising resources and performance to meet client and project pipeline expectations
Procurement and bidding practices in buildings and infrastructure industries
